He will want to have my head when he finally find a way to access the net in Singapore…(but then he is there and I am here, so my head is safe). In the meantime, I will take advantage of his absence from cyber space to talk ‘behind his back’ in his blog! Muaahhaha!!
We already miss him. Tonight’s homelife won’t be the same without him. Tomorrow the youth band won’t see his presence or hear his ‘lectures’… :P… and on Sunday we wont be seeing him worship leading or playing his piano or worshiping with us. Personally, I lost my vocal teacher/trainer/friend and many others lost their music teacher/friend and little miracle, her god-daddy. But life goes on for us and for him.
Our loss Singapore’s gain. He has been a blessing to us and he will be a blessing to them. I am sure all will agree that he will do us proud as he serve there. As he put it, he will do his best and God will do the rest. With God on his side, he is already a winner (not in any competition context)! For us, we lose him as an individual, as for him, he lost many friends here. But then of course there are so many ways of communicating so despair not, I hope…sigh, if only we have the hologram thing like Star Trek then he can just beam back here!! Singapore is only 3-4 hours drive away (depending on the speed maybe 2.5-3 hours for flying cars?) but it still wont be the same.
Leon, you will always be in our prayers. We will miss you and already missing you but we know you are His instrument and is instrumental to where you are or serve. We love you, and we know you love us too (yeah right)!!! :P… So Keep In Touch!
p/s the ‘we’ refers to anyone who knows Leon.
