I’ve been dreaming of a guitar

It may surprise many of you to know this fact, but I have never had my own guitar all my life. This is honestly one of my greatest desires. I have been having the urge to hold a guitar for the past week. It is killing me not to be able to hear the sound of the strings. I have always just picked up the church one to just let it out. But today I needed to post about this because I honestly am so sad that I cannot play one now. Never before have I had such a craving.

The huge issue is, I never got a guitar because I cannot stand cheap one for their sound and also their touch. The one I really want will be impossible to own. Realistically there are some that are within reach in the next 2 years but I can’t wait that long!! I have waited all my life!

What to do oh what to do. I want to hear the sweet melodies. I want to smell the wood. Ah. Oh God please somehow grant my hearts desire. I know You have blessed me so much but I just want to worship You with a guitar each day. Please oh Please.

and i thought i was the only weird one having such ‘cravings’… but my craving is the keyboard now cos i have my guitar here with me.. then when i’m back for like a week i’ll think of playing the guitar which i left it here.. next time when i’m going somewhere else i think i need both with me lah hahaha.. sound so weird but since u wrote it, maybe it’s not that weird after all.

i know in some pregnancies, ladies have cravings…some very weird ones… sometimes their husbands too…but musicians with cravings…and since siew lee can identify with that, i guess must be normal :P

Go check Swee Lee out!! :) sometimes they have like, one-day only 50% off EVERYTHING, and i mean EVERYTHING!!! keyboards, guitars, amps, etc.. except for a couple of planet waves and d’addario items ;) errrmm.. i think the website is.. hold, i check..

yeah.. anyway, that’s where i get my music stuff from.. it has been cheaper to get stuff in spore than for me to buy them here in KL, i’ve gotten both my pedals for half the price that i would’ve gotten from KL >.<

but, i’v never bought a guitar from there b4..

oooh dear leon now u r talking my language…guitars…beautiful instruments n exquisitely crafted guitars can take my breath away. Chris bought a Norman guitar from singapore years ago…N yes it is cheaper to buy musical instruments in Singapore…now chris is checking out Faith guitars…have you heard of this guitar?
